Delete Account
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Follow: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Email verification and recent re-authentication are required for security.
- After confirmation, the deletion process starts and your session is closed.
2. Primary Data Removed
users/{uid}and related subcollections (transactions, balances, device tokens, etc.).public_users/{uid}public profile record.usernames/{USERNAME_KEY}username mapping.- Firebase Authentication account credentials.
- Ownership references in user-created token documents may be removed or orphan-marked.
3. Records That May Be Retained
Certain audit/security records may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, and platform integrity (for example, admin audit logs, security incident traces, and report/appeal history).
4. If You Cannot Access the App
Send an email to support@integrio.me with subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your account email and, if available, your UID for faster verification.
