Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Service: Integrio Network mobile app, website, and admin panel.
• User: Any natural or legal person accessing the Service.
• UGC: User-generated content (token name/symbol/description/logo, comments, messages, reports, etc.).
• IO/Coin: An in-app digital unit that is not money, crypto, or a security; it is ecosystem utility only.
• Platform: The service infrastructure operated by İntegrio Network Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi.

2. Acceptance and Updates

By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Terms may be updated from time to time, and updated versions become effective upon publication.

3. Eligibility, Age, and Legal Compliance

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for lawful use under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• False identity, fraudulent declarations, or unlawful behavior may lead to suspension or termination.

4. Account, Security, and Access

• Supported sign-in methods include email/password, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In.
• Phone-based login and 2FA SMS flow are not currently implemented in the codebase.
• Critical actions may require verified email and recent re-authentication.
• You are responsible for account/device security and reporting unauthorized access.

5. Service Scope

The Service may include profile tools, social/community features, ranking systems, in-app economy, rewarded ads, survey wall integrations, verification flows, and store/package modules. Features can change, roll out gradually, or be unavailable in some periods.

6. Coin and Economy Statement (Critical)

• IO and other coin units are not real money.
• They are not crypto assets, e-money, securities, or investment contracts.
• No fiat/crypto conversion or withdrawal (cash-out) feature is provided.
• Coin value is limited to in-app / ecosystem utility.
• No guarantee is provided for profit, yield, listing, valuation, or appreciation.
• No content in the Service is financial advice.

7. Rewards, Ads, and Survey Flows

• Rewards are credited only after server-side verification.
• Provider-side rejects, reversals, fraud flags, or callback inconsistencies may cancel or reverse rewards.
• Reward amounts may vary by campaign, country, provider policy, and eligibility criteria.
• Temporary delays due to technical/provider callback latency may occur.

8. Paid Features and Store Rules

• If digital purchases/subscriptions are offered, Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase rules apply.
• Cancellation/refund/subscription management is handled through the relevant app store account.
• Entitlements may be delayed or revoked until payment verification succeeds.
• Pricing and payment models may change for legal or platform compliance.

9. User Representations and Responsibilities

• You confirm your UGC is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.
• You agree not to impersonate others or promote guaranteed returns from coin units.
• You should ignore reward/payment claims from unofficial channels.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Botting, automation abuse, multi-account reward farming, fraud, and spam.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, bypassing limits, or exploiting security weaknesses.
• Auth/App Check bypass attempts, fake callbacks, and reward manipulation.
• Hate speech, threats, harassment, scams, impersonation, and copyright violations.
• Off-platform sale/investment promises involving in-app coin units.

11. UGC License and Moderation

You keep ownership of your UGC. However, by posting content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and retain content as required to operate the Service and comply with law.

The Platform may remove, restrict, or downrank content based on reports, automated risk controls, or admin review. See Community Guidelines for moderation standards.

12. Intellectual Property

Software, trademarks, logos, designs, and service elements belong to the Platform or its licensors. No unlisted intellectual property rights are transferred by these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for security risk, policy breach, legal obligation, or abuse suspicion. Appeal channels may be offered where applicable.

14. Service Changes and Interruptions

The Platform may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including economy modules) at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, incidents, or third-party dependencies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, fitness for a specific purpose, or economic outcome.

16. Limitation of Liability

Subject to mandatory consumer law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or disruptions of third-party services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Platform against claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain reserved. For commercial users, disputes are subject to Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

19. Notices, Assignment, Severability, Force Majeure

• Notices may be delivered by in-app announcement, website publication, or email.
• The Platform may assign these Terms where legally permitted; user assignment requires written approval.
• If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
• Force majeure events may excuse delays or temporary non-performance.

20. Additional Coin Risk Disclosures

• In-app coin units are not crypto and must not be marketed as investment instruments.
• Off-platform coin sales and guaranteed-return claims are strictly prohibited.
• Unofficial payment/reward/verification offers carry fraud risk.
• You are fully responsible for local legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
